Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup for larger architectural components.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
